we have a few basic Terms & Conditions...
Our #1 goal is customer
satisfaction. If you have a problem with your order just let us know.
We strive to provide only the very best to you, our valued customer. If
something should slip by us we would like the opportunity to correct it, replace
it or refund it.
Setup Fees
Your setup includes 30 minutes of artwork and making
your screens (This applies to text only or simple clip art
designs). The setup fee is $20 if your design is 1-3 colors
(most jobs) or $50 if you have 4 or more colors including process
and simulated process designs.
All imprinted orders of
100 pieces or more get a free setup. Once your job is set up, you
don't ever have to pay a setup or re-setup fee on that imprinted job as long
as the colors and design remain the same.
Artwork & Requirements
MAXIMUM PRINTABLE DIMENSIONS: - hat fronts/left chest designs: 4"w x 2.5"h up to 4"h - full front or full back on most adult apparel: 13"w x 15"h - short sleeves and shorts legs on most adult apparel: 4"w x
2.5"h up to 4"h - long sleeves and pants legs on most adult apparel: 3"w x up to
12"h - full back on nylon jacket: 12"w x 12"h - bags and other accessories: vary by specific product Dimensions may reduce if printing on adult sizes XS or S .
Youth and infant sizes reduce maximum dimensions further.
Artwork will not be started on any print job until
order and deposit are received.
Most digital formats accepted.
Digital art files include
those designs created and saved from a professional graphics program or those
designs exported from a graphics program at HIGH RESOLUTION. Our file format
of choice is a Corel 12 file that can be opened and resized at any size and
resolution we require. Other acceptable exported files include psd, eps, gif,
jpeg,
bmp or Adobe illustrator. Your image must be to scale or close of printed
expectancy (a
minimum 300 dpi). All fonts must be sent with the exported file.
If you are supplying your own scanable artwork it must
be black and white, with crisp, clean lines and should not have any colors or
halftones in it (unless a low line screen halftone is to be a part of the
print). Camera-ready art must be output at a minimum of 300 dpi. If your
design incorporates colors, you may make a copy of the artwork and color areas
in as a color key. Your image must be to scale or close of printed expectancy.
NOTE: Your business card, letterhead or a
newspaper ad is not camera ready art. A logo or any artwork on your web site
is low resolution (72 dpi) and is not camera ready art. If that's all you
have, we suggest you get the original file from the company that made the
item. Otherwise the only thing we can do with these forms of art is to
use them as a guide when we redraw your artwork. We always try to make the
most of your 30 minutes of included time artwork time.
If you want to proof your artwork online or via local
fax number, it is no charge. If a proof is requested, you MUST sign off on approved artwork before
we will start printing your job. If you sign off on approved artwork or
if do not require a proof on a new print
job, we will not be responsible for any discrepancies.
We do not use a magic wand to create artwork. Artwork
turnaround can be anywhere from 3 to 10 days. If you are in a hurry, you may
consider our art service below...
Art Service available
Have a concept or a sketch, but no way to get it out on
paper? We have a professional artist who can create something fast just for
you. Fees are generally $50 per hour (1 hr minimum) and are added to you purchase. We will
provide a quote upon request, or you can set an "art budget".
Remember: Good artwork makes good t-shirts, but great artwork makes
great t-shirts.
For customers who pay for art services: we will
gladly provide you with a digital and hard copy that you can use on other
items (business cards, flyers, letterhead, etc).

Once your order is placed, it is final. If you
would like to add items they will processed as a separate order. Minimums
apply.
When you place an order, be ready to pay for your order.
By placing your order you affirm you are authorized to do
so.
Payment
Artwork will not be started on any print job until order and deposit are
received.
All local area customers must prepay 50% on
T-Shirt orders and 100% on anything else. If you are going to be unable to pay
the balance on your
order by projected delivery date, please let us know in advance. There is a 1%
fee per day we have to wait on payment. No exceptions. If we
ever have to wait on payment you will immediately be put on pre-pay basis
for all future orders.
All non-local
customers must prepay entire order including shipping if applicable.
We will gladly accept VISA or MASTERCARD. We
also accept PayPal. If you are paying by credit card, we need to know
this at the time of your order! Other accepted payment forms are checks or money
orders drawn on American funds. There is a $30 fee on all NSF checks.
Prices shown / quoted are pre-paid cash prices. If you are going to be
ordering by purchase order, please call us for credit application. Add
1% of total invoice per day for net payments. Maximum time to pay
invoices acquired through POs are 30 days from ordering date, not receipt
date. No exceptions.
Minimums
There is a 12 piece minimum on ALL imprinted orders
that are 1-3 colors, 36 piece minimum on ALL imprinted orders
that are 4 or more colors.
You may mix and match styles, colors and sizes as long as the imprinting and ink
color are the same. We realize that not everyone needs 1 dozen so if you
really just need one or two we will still print it for you... for the price of
12 of that item! As commercial printers we could never offer such
affordable prices without a minimum purchase.
There is a $25 minimum (before shipping) or
$5.00 small order fee for blank item purchases.
Pricing
If you are using a coupon or discount you must mention it at
the time you order. Once your order is placed it is final.
Will will not give "retroactive" discounts on previous orders.
(i.e.: You can't place an order and call 3
days later and say "Oh, by the way, I have this coupon"
or "Hey, I noticed white T-Shirts are on sale this week, but I
placed my order last week")
If there is a special running on an item, you must place
your order before the special ends to get special
pricing.
Florida residents only:add 7% sales tax to prices
shown. This includes any items ordered from, billed to or
shipped to any part of Florida. These are not our rules,
they are Florida law.
Some people think if they have a tax payer id # they are
exempt. You must have a re-sale tax certificate or
a tax exemption certificate to avoid sales tax.
Order and Payment must be made to Atomic Tees from the exempt
party (For example: We cannot make school club shirts tax
exempt unless they are ordered from and paid for by the
exempt schools purchasing department.)
Re-sale tax certificate holders: Your items must be
for resale - not company uniforms, personal attire, signs,
banners, advertising, etc. You must have a current re-sale
tax certificate to avoid sales tax. Remember these expire
Dec 31st each year so we need to get a new copy when you order
next year.
Tax exemption certificate holders: Usually Churches,
Schools or Non-Profit type agencies. You must have a
current tax exemption certificate to avoid sales tax.
These are usually good for several years.
All Pricing applies to sizes thru Adult XL. Add $2 for
2X, $3 for 3X and so on. Imprinted price is for one color in 1 or 2 locations (depending on
the item). See chart below.

Turn around Time
Most print jobs are ready in one week, but can range
anywhere from 24 hours to 10 days depending on scheduled print jobs and your
individual needs. We pride ourselves in printing and delivering your job
much faster than the average printer but remember we do require a little time
to devote to high end graphics and special finishes. Please be sure to
let us know if your project has a deadline.
Emergency rush service is available.

Most orders for blank items are shipped the same day if
order and payment are received by 3pm EST.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise
stated at time of placing order. Shipping prices are quoted on an individual
basis. If your item is shipped via UPS and you do not provide the correct
shipping address, you will be billed a $10 address correction fee.
Scheduled delivery is FREE in our local Palatka Putnam
County area.
We gladly accept orders form anywhere in the
continental United States.
Non-Continental United States orders are considered on
an individual basis. This is due to shipping conflicts ONLY. We only accept
orders drawn on US funds or Paypal.
Returns:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. We accept
returns on defective merchandise or flawed workmanship only. We do not accept
returns due to not needing the item or ordering the incorrect size. Sorry for
any inconvenience this may cause.
Claims must be made within 48 hours of order receipt.

Additional Terms
Garment and ink color may vary somewhat from what is shown on your computer
monitor or printer. If color match is a big issue, please ask to see
actual color card in person. Even manufacturers dye lots change from time to
time. We cannot guarantee perfect color matches, but the differences are usually
very minor. Pantone ink colors and custom dyed garments are available,
but are special purchase and do incur an upgrade fee and usually a little more
turn around time.
Use this website as a guide only. We cannot
control our distributors abilities. Availability, colors, and prices do change
from time to time.
Ordering imprinted items
shouldn't have to be complicated or time consuming. We want to keep everything
as simple and low stress as possible. We know you have other things to do,
so just relax and let the experts do what you came to us for. We love to print
and we love to impress
our customers.
